Shipping policy

All our new puppies will need to stay with their mamas for at least 8 weeks after they are born. Once your puppy has been fully weaned, you have three options on how to get your new best friend:

  1. Picking Up Your Puppy from Arrow T Pets
  2. Shipping via ground transport , or 
  3. Shipping via Flight Nanny, a hand-transport service.

1. Picking Up Your Puppy from Arrow T Pets

Picking up your new puppy from us is the easiest way to bring your new best friend home.

After 8 weeks, you can come over to ArrowTPets in Fort Wayne, Indiana and pick him or her up.

Just give us a call to set a date and we'd be more than happy to accommodate you.

You will also receive a bag of food and other fun items to help with the transition to your home.

Please make sure that you have copy of your ID when you come to claim your pup.

2. Shipping via Ground Transport ($650) 

Your puppy will be picked up from Arrow T Pups and brought to you via car ride.

During this time, the person driving will take care of your puppy until they safely arrive to you. This rate is a fixed rate for delivery across all states.

3. Shipping via Flight Nanny (hand-transport) ( $1200) 

Your puppy will be brought to you by a Flight Nanny, our preferred hand-transport service. This means the pups go in-carriage with a person who will hand them over to you after the flight. During this time, the Flight Nanny will care for the pup until they reach you.

This is a fixed rate for delivery anywhere within the US.

Shipping is inclusive of a goodie bag with food, treats and toys that will help with their transition in their new home.

The crate or carrier used for transport is not included in the fee mentioned. On the day of your puppy’s departure, we will contact you via text message.
